Survision, a global leader in Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) also nown as License Plate Recognition (LPR), created in 2001, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist for its Miami, FL based office.

Over the past 17 years, we have collaborated with some of the most successful industry operators in France, Mexico, Netherlands, Russia, and Belgium, among others, generating global sales revenues exceeding 50 millions, and counting a team of 40+ professional sales, technicians, and engineers geared toward designing, producing and globally distributing our equipment. Our solutions have been deployed in more than 40 countries with more than 20,000 sensors due to our network of 300 value added integrators. Today, Survision is expanding its activities to the U.S. to conquer the automatic number plate recognition industry with its local venture, Survision, LLC, specialized in assembling and retailing its own license plate recognition devices.

We are now looking for strong team players to assist us increase our market shares in the local market amongst local authorities, businesses and partners, and are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly skilled Sales and Business Development Specialist interested in providing efficient business development support.

The Sales and Business Development Specialist for Survision will be in charge of

growing our customer base as well as our partners’ network. S/He will collaborate on a regular basis with higher Management and our partners as well as liaise with several key departments including the technical, marketing and administrative divisions to coordinate goals and actions. S/He will provide specialized business development support by setting up a custom-made business model per client category, devising account strategies, and forming alliances with numerous influential players, with a main focus on the safety industry. S/He will be responsible for promoting our products and offers, identifying prospective clients, monitoring existing accounts, conducting communication with new partners, participating in marketing activities, implementing methods and procedures to collect sales, customers’ and competition data prior to preparing reports and analysis necessary to devise strategies, among other specialized responsibilities.

The Sales and Business Development Specialist needs to have proven sales, business, communication and decision-making skills, in addition to a strong experience in the parking and tolling industries and a good technical knowledge of license plate recognition devices.

The profile

Required Skills & Experience:

Advanced Degree preferred in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or International Trade;

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, or sales related positions in the parking and tolling industries with proven track record of major parking clients/projects acquisition, and confirmed abilities to analyze activity, define growth strategies, grow customers’ network, develop partnerships, and improve  business/sales performances;

Must have solid knowledge of our brand, products, technology, parking access system, parking equipment integration, and of the market at an international level ;

Solid network of suppliers and clients preferred;

International trade (import/export) experience with license plate recognition devices greatly valued;

Exceptional negotiation, organization, and analytical skills;

Working knowledge of business, contract, sales, customer service, and marketing principles;

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills;

 Multi-lingual required including English, French to liaise with the French parent entity, and any other languages.
